Here at East Limestone Family Dental, you can expect to walk into a warm family atmosphere. We have a practice in a house that was converted into a practice. From that, we’ve kind of tried to build the family atmosphere around that. You’ll be greeted by a clinical staff in the back who will take great care of you. You can expect to have the latest technology, great customer service. You’ll get great clinical care as well, but beyond that, we want to provide you with an atmosphere where you feel at home.

I always say you need to call East Limestone. You need to go see Dr. Fitts. The reason they need to go is that they will be treated like family. They will be treated with great care, with great respect for whatever has to be done. Whether it’s a financial issue or whether it’s a dental mouth issue, I always tell people go see Dr. Fitts.

He takes all the fear away. That he’s going to do it from a personal, professional, caring point of view. He’s got a great bedside manner. You always feel comfortable, and that’s the first thing he does is ask you. Once he’s got you, the patient, in a position to do the work, he asks if you’re comfortable.

I think because he knew from my dental work, the X-rays, he knew that I had had a lot of work done, so he said, “We’re just gonna move forward. Let’s see what needs to be done.” That’s what he’s been so incredibly honest with. “We should take a look at this in the near future. This is something, Joanie, that you need to consider, and these are going to be your choices.”

They’re concerned about the person that’s coming in, they’re concerned about people they’re taking care of, and they want to do everything they can. I think it shows in their personalities as well as their process and how they do it. When they take you back, they walk you through everything. They explain everything as it’s going through. As that process is taking place, they’re talking to you as if they are a friend. It’s definitely more of a family atmosphere.
