So I had a crown already and it had failed. So the crown itself needed to be replaced. It didn’t have enough to adhere on to anymore.

So when it came off, we had an option and it gave me the options. And so we discussed that and I chose the implant route. They made sure I understood what the process was.

Once I was underway, I’d come in twice during that time period to have my teeth cleaned. They’re like, how’s it going? What’s the next step? I never felt like I was in the dark on what I was going through or what was about to take place. I have a lot of faith and trust in his practice.

I’ve never been disappointed with the many, many services I’ve had here so far. He treats me like I’m his only patient. Whenever I walk in here, he always greets me.

When he comes and sees me after the cleaning or whatever they’re doing, we talk about our families. We talk about what’s going on, not just our business. And he’s very personable.

I haven’t had a bad hygienist or assistant, nothing here. Everything they do is, I mean, they excel beyond any other dentists I’ve gone to. And that’s why I’m still coming here after so many years.

I’ve had a couple of caps put in, kept me informed what was going on. There was two of them that came in, they came out, made sure things were numb like they were supposed to be, and even more importantly, they changed the music to something I would like to listen to. They’ll do stuff like that for you, you know, it makes a difference.

They treat you like you’re supposed to be treated, and they go that little extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable, everything’s the way you’re in. They give you all the information you need before things start. My experience here, it’s more like a family.

I mean, you walk in and everybody knows you. Everybody knows your family. It’s a small community.

They’re just phenomenal. You’re putting your dental health care in the hands of someone, and to know that he’s doing what’s best for you, and it means a lot that you can trust what he’s telling you.
