East Limestone Family Dental Savings Plan

For patients without insurance, we offer the East Limestone Family Dental Savings Plan. For just $200 per year per family member (and a $220 activation fee), you will receive:

• 2 adult or child dental cleanings
• 2 examinations
• 4 bitewing X-rays
• Save 50% off panoramic X-rays
• Save 15% off all other cosmetic and restorative dental work
