East Limestone Family Dental Savings Plan

For patients without insurance, we offer the East Limestone Family Dental Savings Plan. For just $200 per year per family member (and a $220 activation fee), you will receive:

2 adult or child dental cleanings
2 examinations
4 bitewing X-rays
Save 50% off panoramic X-rays
Save 15% off all other cosmetic and restorative dental work

There are no maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, or preauthorization. Simply give us a call or fill out the form and bring it to the office to get signed up.
