In addition, we are preferred providers with Delta Dental, Southland Benefit Solutions, GEHA, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama. We will also accept most other dental insurance plans.
East Limestone Family Dental Savings Plan
For patients without insurance, we offer the East Limestone Family Dental Savings Plan. For just $200 per year per family member (and a $220 activation fee), you will receive:
- 2 adult or child dental cleanings
- 2 examinations
- 4 bitewing X-rays
- Save 50% off panoramic X-rays
- Save 15% off all other cosmetic and restorative dental work
There are no maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, or preauthorization. Simply give us a call or fill out the form and bring it to the office to get signed up.
